We highly recommend you sending a mail message from within the Rock.app on your iPhone. Simply browse to the app in the Rock.app, and click contact developer. This will attach pertinent information (like iPhone type, OS version, and installed apps) which will help the developer troubleshoot the issue.
Another option, but not recommended, is to utilize the Developer Questions link to find contact info for each app.

Not at this time.

Ensure that your network settings are correct and that you can reach the Rock Your Phone site. For larger apps and themes please be sure you have a full 3G or WiFi signal (Edge is not recommended). Finally try going to the Manage tab in the Rock.app on your phone and under Manage Sources scroll down and choose "Recreate Database". Then try your install again.
(Note: If the app is a community app contained in a public repo please do not contact Rock Support as there is nothing we can do. Either contact the Repo owner or try again in a few minutes or hours)
If the problem remains and is related to an app offered on our site please contact our customer support team using Contact Form
Rock Your Phone allows access to 1000's of community apps, and we can not check all combinations nor validate each package.
There is a small chance that a conflict may occur. If you have waited 5 minutes, and so phone will not boot - you can simply restore the phone via iTunes. With the phone connected to your computer, click restore in iTunes and then, after power up, click restore from backup (this will restore all of your contacts, email, calendar, etc from iTunes). Re-install Rock Your Phone software and/or contact our customer support team using Contact Form.

Rock Your Phone does not distribute license keys, license files or any other type of license. Once you purchase an application the license is added to your account which is tied to your RockID. In order to confirm you have received you license you can open the Rock.app on your phone and check that application on the Manage tab. Please do not purchase an application from us without using the free trial first. This will ensure that you can use the app and know it will continue to work once you purchase it.

No - Rock Extensions is a port of MobileSubstrate with additional error handling. In fact, we would highly recommend installing Rock Extensions when using MobileSubstrate, as Rock Extensions can prevent your phone from being disabled from a bad MobileSubstrate extension (due to our additional error handling).
There have been a few reports of the latest MobileSubstrate version causing a phone to not reboot. This happened for users using Cydia only, as well as Rock. It has nothing to do with Rock. Please email comments/inquiries to the developer saurik@saurik.com.
If you here someone saying RockExtensions causes problems, have them prove it (they can't :). Many folks have been using it as a scape goat instead of fixing their problems (these developers are not affiliated with Rock). We can easily prove our additional error protection on request! We also have added auto-bug submissions to help identify critical bugs quickly!

Yes - there is no conflict between Cydia and Rock app. They are both frontend installers (to DPKG), both confirming to the same APT spec. Both access the same default repos.
Of course, Rock is more visual, faster, more efficient, and generally believed to be more aesthetically pleasing :).
Go to the Manage tab in the Rock.app on your phone and under
Manage Sources scroll down and choose "Recreate Database".
If the problem continues, check with the developer. You may need to add an additional repo.
Other then IntelliScreen, you can not currently transfer the license to Rock. We are working with independent developers to try to mitigate this issue. For now, you will have to install the app through your original method (ie, you may have to use Cydia to install).
This applies to the following products:
You can remove Rock Your Phone from the Manage tab. You will want to have removed any apps installed by Rock as there will not be a mechanism to uninstall apps (unless you use an APT installer alternative like Cydia).
You may alternatively choose to restore in iTunes which will remove all Apps and the Rock.app.
